About The Role

Assist in developing and maintaining project document databases, including drawings, reports, engineering analyses, procedures, and final documentation.
Support the consolidation and preparation of site work progress reports in a structured reporting format.
Assist in departmental initiatives such as the development and enhancement of guidelines, specifications, and contract ITB documents.
Enhance technical knowledge and skills through in-house training, Communities of Practice (CoP) sessions, company manuals, guidelines, procedures, and on-the-job training at project sites (subject to project team approval).
Participate in departmental activities and events, including away days, workshops, engagement sessions, roadshows, and other related programs.
