How you will make an impact

• Support in the organization and execution of round tables as well as commercial sponsorship activities, particularly in connection with contract processes
• Creation of purchase requisitions (POs) for speaker honoraria and sponsorship activities
• Independent preparation of presentations, forms, reports, as well as handling administrative

tasks, including appointment and calendar management

• Contribution to the planning, organization, and implementation of larger events
• Development and preparation of communication plans
• Independent management and maintenance of the intranet page
• Support in day-to-day operational business

What you will need (Required)

• Currently enrolled as a student for the duration of the working student job
• Good written and verbal communication skills (German & English) and interpersonal relationship skills
• A valid residence permit and/or work authorization is required

What else we look for (Preferred)

• Good organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment
• Interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and medical devices industry a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite user experience
• Experience in managing product launches and marketing campaigns
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
