We are looking for a dynamic Senior Support Worker for our Supported Living Service in Cregg Na Ba, Battle.
As a Senior Support Worker you will be motivated to provide excellent care and support by modelling good practice, monitoring performance and direct supervision of the staff. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, alongside supporting the people living there to make it home.
We are looking for someone who can
- Ensure staff provide person centred support to the individuals living at Cregg Na Ba, demonstrating kindness and compassion in all aspects of their work
- Demonstrate and model good practice, adhering to policies and procedures and effectively managing staff resources to meet the service needs
- Maintain day to day safe working practices by ensuring that effective risk assessment and risk management processes are followed
- Ability to work with other professionals and put the individual at the centre of their care
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service
