About The Role

What we are looking for

  • Hands-on exposure to at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Foundational understanding of cloud security concepts including IAM, network security, encryption, and logging.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and secure DevOps practices.
  • Awareness of cloud security frameworks and standards (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
  • Ability to assist with security assessments, control validation, and evidence collection.
  • Basic scripting or automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell (good to have).
  • Support the design and implementation of cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI environments under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in client engagements to assess cloud security posture and identify gaps across cloud platforms.
  • Contribute to cloud security assessments, risk analyses, and compliance readiness activities (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
  • Help implement and validate security controls related to IAM, encryption, network security, and logging/monitoring.
  • Support the development of cloud security documentation, architecture diagrams, and assessment reports.
  • Assist with secure cloud adoption initiatives, including baseline security configurations and best practices.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and internal discussions to support delivery and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Cloud, DevOps, Risk, Compliance) to execute security tasks aligned to project objectives.
  • Support proof‑of‑concepts, pilots, and controlled implementations for cloud security solutions.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation, internal assets, and reusable templates under supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, and basic security concepts.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with cloud fundamentals such as compute, storage, networking, and identity concepts.
  • Awareness of cloud security principles including IAM, network security, encryption, and logging (academic or project exposure is acceptable).
  • Exposure to scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, Bash, or PowerShell (basic level).
  • Understanding of DevOps or automation concepts is a plus.
  • Good analytical and problem ‑ solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, upskill, and work in a consulting and client ‑ facing environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast ‑ paced delivery model.
