What will you be working with?
Drive and coordinate the full planning process — from resolving issues with internal and external partners to ensuring smooth daily cooperation across all functions.
Lead production planning and scheduling, including preparing and adjusting production orders, analysing material availability, and managing bottlenecks and capacity together with the Production team.
Optimise the production plan through continuous analysis, forecasting, and adherence tracking, ensuring inventory levels, safety stock, and ERP parameters are always aligned with business needs.
Develop and improve planning and scheduling tools to increase automation, reduce manual work, and support best‑practice processes across the Hempel Group.
Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to secure high efficiency on production lines and maintain a strong professional standard in all interactions with stakeholders.
You will lead a team of 6 within planning and procurement.
What are we Looking For?
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role, with expertise in Planning and Purchasing.
A degree in logistics or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good planning and logistics capabilities.
Practical experience working with ERP systems (knowledge of MS D365 is an advantage).
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and Word.
Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
