About The Role

Lead candidate sourcing and recruitment through ATS, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Manage candidate screening, interview scheduling, and endorsement of qualified applicants.
Monitor sourcing metrics, recruitment reports, and applicant pipelines to ensure targets are met.
Identify sourcing gaps and process improvements to strengthen recruitment efficiency.
Collaborate with Recruitment Operations and Hiring Managers on recruitment initiatives and workforce needs
3-5 years experience as a Sourcing Team Lead/Manager in a Volume Hiring BPO/Agency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools, with strong attention to confidentiality, accuracy, and recruitment metrics.
