Web Publishing & Maintenance

• Oversee day-to-day website operations, including content publishing, updates, and quality assurance across CMS platforms such as WordPress, AEM, and Contentful
• Establish and optimize content governance, workflows, and publishing standards
• Ensure website content is accurate, compliant, SEO-friendly, and up-to-date

Web Development Oversight

• Collaborate with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver new features and enhancements
• Provide guidance on frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and best practices
• Oversee QA, testing, and release management processes to ensure high-quality deployments

Migration & Transformation Projects

• Lead end-to-end website migration initiatives (e.g., CMS upgrades, platform re-platforming)
• Manage content mapping, URL structuring, and implementation of 301 redirects
• Ensure SEO preservation, performance continuity, and minimal business disruption during migrations

Team Leadership & Resource Managemen
