About The Role
I. Job Summary
Provides senior level data and work assessment, reporting, and recommendations within assigned areas of expertise. Provides intermediate level analysis in order to support and enhance overall department workflow, customer service, improvement and work quality.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to perform advanced HR analytical projects with limited guidance.
- Provide HR Reporting, Analytics, Insights, Workforce Trends, Automation and recommendations for HR and business groups.
- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross functional data as needed.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and report building.
- Able to perform full survey cycle projects independently (i.e. survey design to analysis/insights)
- Capable of creating visualizations through presentations, dashboards, infographics, etc.
- Ability to integrate different types of HR data to drive meaningful insights.
- Leads small to medium HR reporting and analytics projects and capable of measuring results.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams.
- Provides training and support to lesser experienced members of assigned department as well as internal and external customers as needed.
- Capable of facilitating large group training on data initiatives.
- III. Qualifications - Must live and work in the U.S.
- A. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in HR, Business Administration, Analytics, I/O Psychology, or similar area of study
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years or relevant experience
- 5 years of related analytic/HR work experience (in addition to education requirements)
