Director Finance, Fish

• Global, multi industry & multi site international experience (capital equipment a plus).
• Ability to think strategically, develop systems, processes and drive financial results.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to see, and model current and future states.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and development of complex business analyses, leveraging data from multiple systems.
• Effective and persuasive in leading change, applying business acumen, company values, while demonstrating the emotional intelligence that inspires others.
• Builds collaborative relationships across various partners and influences senior stakeholders.
• Must demonstrate a deep familiarity with financial accounting, modeling, and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Full understanding of P&L management and all cash flow and balance sheet implications.
• Strong project accounting experience or revenue over time/percentage of completion experience (hands on). Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Must be an analytical thinker that will drive qualitative and quantitative analysis for tactical business issues.
• Strong presence and communication with the ability to lead change and drive execution.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience. CPA/CFA a plus, MBA an asset;
• A minimum of 10 years within a finance & accounting role with a minimum of 5 years people management experience ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
