Rostering Consultant - NDIS

We’re looking for a proactive Rostering Consultant to join our National Rostering Team to be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. In this role, you’ll coordinate the allocation of support workers to meet client needs, ensuring continuity of care and high service standards. You’ll work closely with Recruitment and Service Delivery teams to support effective workforce planning and communication. Day to day you'll find yourself:

• Managing rosters to meet demand, planning up to 8 weeks ahead
• Matching support workers to clients based on skills and availability
• Supporting the onboarding and integration of new staff
• Monitoring shifts for hours, breaks and award compliance

Lets talk about you! 

You’re an organised, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring proven rostering or workforce coordination experience; coming from NDIS or disability services is highly regarded.

Known for your attention to detail and proactive, solutions-focused approach - you’re confident using MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce) and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

You’ll also hold (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
