Your Role: As a P2P Expert with French , you will support business users and stakeholders across the Source to Pay (S2P) process, helping ensure purchasing activities are efficient, compliant, and easy to navigate.
You will be a key point of contact for P2P-related questions, supporting areas such as supplier registration, purchasing, goods receipt, and invoice-related queries . You will work closely with Procurement, P2P Operations, and business teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and provide a positive user experience.
The role may support multiple countries and geographies , giving you the opportunity to work in an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a key contact for business users and stakeholders regarding Source to Pay and P2P-related questions.
- Support the supplier registration and onboarding process using tools such as Ariba and/or DMR/SLP.
- Guide business users on purchasing policies, preferred suppliers, and the appropriate buying channels.
- Work with Procurement, P2P Operations, and other teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Support vendor onboarding and address operational queries from suppliers.
- Help maintain effective relationships between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve P2P exceptions, ensuring timely and compliant solutions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve user experience.
- Participate in projects focused on improving procurement processes, systems, and workflows.
- Support Procurement, VMD, and P2P Operations during S2P-related audits.
- Keep up to date with relevant policies, processes, and system changes and help communicate updates to business users.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field .
- 5+ years of professional experience , ideally in Procurement, Accounts Payable, P2P, or a related area.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end P2P process , including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice matching, non-PO spend, and approvals.
- Experience or understanding of supplier/vendor master data and procurement processes .
- Fluency in English and French , both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and work with people across different functions and countries.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to manage several topics at the same time.
- Comfortable supporting users with new tools, systems, or process changes.
- SAP S/4HANA and Ariba experience is a plus.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to work with information from different sources.
- A customer-focused approach — empathetic, responsive, and focused on finding practical solutions.
