Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - South Salt Lake

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 13-year-old client or 9-year-old client for approximately 10.5 hours per week . If you’re passionate about helping children and teens with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, we’d love to have you on our team.

Hours : Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (4:30pm - 7pm) + Saturday (9-12pm)

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA

• supervision across home, school, and center-based
• settings

• Collect accurate session data and enter

• documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
• session

• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior

intervention plans (BIPs)

• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in

process

• Maintain professional communication with families

and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working

with children with developmental disabilities

• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session

documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for

supporting the autism community
