94,200 - 115,200

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

En tant qu'analyste d'affaires technique, vous jouerez un rôle clé d’interprète et de facilitateur(trice) entre les équipes Développement, Assurance Qualité, TI et les partenaires d’affaires. Vous serez au cœur d’une petite équipe dont la mission est de créer et d’améliorer en continu un outil de gestion des données et de capacités de test afin de rendre nos équipes de développement et d'Assurance qualité plus rapides, autonomes et efficaces.

Le produit couvre deux volets complémentaires

• Gestion et création de données de test, incluant la création de polices d’assurance anonymisées via des outils internes à bonifier.
• Un serveur de simulation basé sur WireMock, utilisable via une interface utilisateur ou via le serveur d’arrière-plan (interface de programmation applicative), permettant de simuler des réponses REST et GraphQL afin de stabiliser et accélérer les tests (intégration, de bout en bout, non‑régression).

Notre solution est développée en Kotlin (une base Java est suffisante pour réussir dans le rôle).

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous

En plus des activités d’analyste d’affaires classiques

• Recueillir et formaliser les besoins des équipes Développement/Assurance Qualité pour le serveur de simulation : cas d’usage (simulations dynamiques, règles de correspondance, scénarios, latence, erreurs, versions), gouvernance et bonnes pratiques.
• Définir les parcours utilisateurs de l’interface utilisateur et de l’interface de programmation applicative (serveur d’arrière‑plan) : création/gestion des simulations, activation/désactivation, gestion par environnement, partage et réutilisation.
• Rédiger des récits utilisateurs et des critères d’acceptation couvrant REST et GraphQL (requêtes, en‑têtes, contenu (charge utile), variables, codes d’état, délais d’attente).
• Collaborer avec les développeurs pour cadrer les choix fonctionnels/techniques autour de WireMock (gabarits, correspondances, priorités, enregistrements, etc.) et assurer l’alignement avec les besoins d’Assurance Qualité.
• Contribuer à la stratégie de tests d’acceptation et à la validation des scénarios de simulation (incluant cas nominal + cas d’erreur).

Ce que vous mettrez à profit

• Expérience en environnement web et compréhension des intégrations via interface de programmation applicative (API).
• Connaissances solides de REST et bonne compréhension de GraphQL (ou forte capacité à monter en compétence).
• À l’aise dans un contexte technique; Kotlin est un plus, Java suffit.
• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
• Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
