Servitization Solution Architect

Purpose: Provide hands-on technical leadership and solution architecture for Husqvarna Group's servitization platform ecosystem , enabling scalable subscription business models across multiple divisions and product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the overall solution architecture spanning Keylight subscription engine, Decisions orchestration platform, Service Contract Master API, Price Edge, Salesforce Commerce, and supporting systems

• •Act as technical lead for developers, providing mentorship, code/configuration reviews, and technical guidance
• •Assess technical feasibility of and translate business requirements into proposed solution approaches

• Document architecture direction , define technical guidelines, integration patterns and principles to ensure seamless data flow across the ecosystem

•In collaboration with other architects (SCM, SPC, Decisions platforms) maintain a coherent end-to-end architecture

• Ensure solution scalability and drive continuous improvement of platform capabilities and technical standards
• Design low-code orchestration flows and establish best practices for workflow automation
• Lead technical discussions with Keylight vendor and other platform providers
• Assist in problem troubleshooting and assess data quality and consistency across the landscape

Required Competencies

• •5+ years in solution architecture roles, preferably in subscription/SaaS business models
• •Strong experience with API-based integrations and enterprise service bus patterns
• •Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms
• •Understanding of subscription management platforms and billing systems
• •Experience leading and mentoring developers
• •Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• •Strong stakeholder management across business and technical audiences
• •Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and their configuration
• •Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, pricing engines and entitlement systems beneficial
