• Non-Cleanroom HVAC, Air Compressor (Non-Clean compressed air), Electrical Supply, Domestic Water Supply and drainage, UPS, Waste gas treatment, lighting, chilled water supply (pumps, chillers, pipeline, water treatment, Tans, etc.), instrument steam (Boiler, Heating & condensate recovery, accessories) and all respective interfaces with BMS.
• Coordinate and implement routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Improve the process performance of utilities related to facility operation, especially in manufacturing.
• Ensure the stable and efficient operation of all black utilities.
• Improve energy efficiency and conservation through effective equipment management.
• Promote the establishment of facility and utility maintenance and operations.
• Ensure the completeness of documentation in a GMP operated facility.
• Manage system downtime and improve performance.
• Provide un-interrupted utility supply to support operation and manufacturing needs throughout the facility.
• Strive to implement cost and energy savings where possible.
• Ensure the achievement of department and corporate goals for a sustainable business operation.
• Effective implementation of SOPs.
• Timely and effective close-out of NC, CAPA.
• Good command of GMP knowledge, operation and mindset.

Job Responsibilities 工作职责: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities) （主要职责、角色和/或权限）

• Establish PM and CM for all related black utilities and systems.
• Implement all maintenance procedures in a timely manner and ensure accuracy and effective record keeping/documentation.
• Energy management, energy efficiency and consumption management for related utilities or systems, through the promotion of energy-saving initiatives.
• Control and monitor maintenance operating cost in alignment with annual, approved budget and target.
• Assist in the development of Facilities and EHS departmental annual operation budget and Capex budgets.
• Participate in Capex projects and provide technical expertise where required.
• Proficiency in EHS knowledge, provide guidance to colleagues in department to comply with overall corporate EHS guidelines and procedures.
• Able to work automatously on investigations and ensure the close-out of NC, CAPAs in a timely manner.

Education and Experience教育背景和工作经验要求：

Education Background

• Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Utilities.
• Bachelor or above.

Key Experiences

• Proficient technical background in related field.
• 5 years or more as Utilities, Maintenance, Operation management and engineering.
• 5 years or more in international medical device or related field company.

• Knowledge and Skills知识和技能要求：
• Functional/Technical skills

• Good organization skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Good logical analytical skills.
• Good communication, teamwork and conflict management skills.
• Good training in engineering and office suite tools, i.e. AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PPT.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize numerous important issues and completion in a timely manner, with skilled technical documentation and verbal communication skills.

Language/ Certificates

• Able to read and write English emails and communicate in English at a basic level.
• High voltage and low voltage electrical certification will be preferred.

• Good ability to work under pressure, settling in Suzhou is preferred
