o Support Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Carry out scheduled and on-demand maintenance on building systems including lighting, plumbing, HVAC components, doors, locks, ceilings, and minor electrical fixtures based on Chanel’s request and escort vendors.

o Work Order Execution: Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and to quality standards as directed by the Senior Technician. Use HOST system or paper logs to document work performed, parts used, and time spent.

o Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and adhere to lockout/tagout, ladder safety, and chemical handling protocols. Report unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents immediately to the Senior Technician.

o Tool & Material Management: Use hand and power tools properly and return them clean and in good condition. Request parts, supplies, or equipment through the Senior Technician when needed.

o Escalate client concerns or special requests to LM/Engineering Manager; do not make commitments independently.

o Team Collaboration: Support fellow technicians during high-volume periods or complex tasks. Participate in team briefings and follow instructions clearly and consistently.

o Continuous Learning: Accept coaching and feedback from LM/Engineering Manager to improve skills and performance and attend JLL trainings. Stay updated on site-specific procedures, equipment locations, and emergency protocols.

o Event Support about furniture arrangement, etc.
