招聘岗位介绍

• 负责技工工作的指导,职场内设施设备的维护保养及其他工程事宜。

岗位具体内容：

• 根据管辖设备技术要求和相关规范要求，制定设备、设施的监控程序并组织实施；
• 根据上级指示及维护方案，制定周、月工作计划，并组织实施，及时向值班工程师汇报实施进度或结果，或存在问题；
• 负责管辖系统维护及公共设施维修所需零配件（或材料）的申购及初核；
• 定期组织技术员对管辖设备、设施进行全面安全运行检查和处理，并记录、存档；
• 负责收集、整理管辖系统的技术资料，并协助系统工程师建立系统资料档案；
• 负责电力设施设备的预防性维护保养，包括配电箱，空调系统，给排水系统，照明系统；
• 负责客户项目改造及装修工程的查验、交接、及遗留工程整改跟进等工作
• 负责专用消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统的正常运行；
• 协助设备供应商的定期维保及突发维修的工作安排；
• 整理设施设备的资料、图纸收集和突发事件的应急处置、及接管区域巡查管理工作；
• 检查小组技术人员对设备状态的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作；
• 组织召开班组工作会议和针对管辖系统设备特点、运行实况组织各类技术研讨交流会议；
• 协助工程主管完成工程技术工作和其它交办的事务。

• 4年以上相关物业维修或运行工作经验，其中1年以上团队管理经验，有大型高端物业服务经验者优先考虑；
• 持有电工上岗操作证，有制冷操作证者优先考虑；
• 工作积极主动，具有良好的服务意识；
• 良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力；
• 能承受岗位上的工作压力。
