Early Professional, Electrical Engineering

• ■ Electrical design of power distribution, control, communication, lighting, fire alarm and security systems for Buildings.
• ■ Technical calculations and software use for lighting analyses, load calculations.
• ■ Conducting all tasks in cooperation with internal clients and other engineering disciplines.
• ■ Managing and enhancing client relationships.
• ■ Responsible for Revit and CAD standards, implementation, and enforcement.
• ■ Agree priorities and deadlines for drawing production with GCC-coordinator.
• ■ Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced.
• ■ Produce work to specified WSP in Canada BIM standards and suggest revisions to standards as appropriate.
• ■ Other duties as assigned.
• ■ Electrical Engineering Degree
• ■ Knowledge with Dialux, AutoCAD, Revit and other electrical softwares
• ■ Minimum of 0-1 year experience in electrical design.
• ■ Ability to work with a minimum of instructions and complete tasks independently.
• ■ Focus on electrical systems for buildings including power distribution, lighting, life safety and communications.
• ■ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs.
• ■ Must possess a team player attitude.
