We are looking for a Design Manager - Interior Design to support the delivery of high-quality interior environments across hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial developments.

Manage interior design consultants and specialist design packages.
Review design concepts, material selections, FF&E packages, and detailed design submissions.
Ensure design solutions align with project vision, brand standards, and operational requirements.
Coordinate interior design interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
Participate in design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
Support design development through all project stages.
Monitor design quality, programme, and consultant performance.
Assist with mock-up reviews and design approvals where required.
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Experience delivering hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential interiors.
Strong design review and stakeholder management skills.
