DCP-Mechanical Engineer(Global)-ShenZhen

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the structural design and development of DC power system cabinets , including the preparation of related manufacturing and process documentation, ensuring products comply with applicable industry standards.
• Responsible for prototype assembly and mechanical strength testing of power products , with the ability to independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve testing issues.
• Provide structural engineering support for power products throughout their lifecycle, including manufacturing, field applications, maintenance, and customer support.
• Participate in the research and application of new technologies and materials , continuously optimizing product designs and proposing innovative solutions.
• Responsible for thermal simulation and mechanical vibration simulation design of DC power system products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sheet metal product design (e.g., cabinets, enclosures, chassis, etc.). Familiarity with common manufacturing processes and surface treatment technologies is required. Knowledge of power system industry standards, product safety requirements, EMC compliance, and lightning protection design is preferred.
• Proficient in structural design software such as Creo, AutoCAD, and CorelDRAW , as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• CET-4 or above , with good English communication skills. Strong verbal English communication skills are preferred.
• Experience in thermal simulation or mechanical vibration simulation for power systems is highly desirable.
• Experience in power distribution cabinet structural design and holding related structural design patents is preferred.
