About The Team

• You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Warehouse Associate - Bilingual Required

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $21-$22

What You’ll Do

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred;
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, etc., preferred;
• Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering WMS , SOPs, and on-site operational processes;
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment;
• Strong ability to handle pressure and a strong sense of teamwork
• Good communication and coordination skills , able to assist Team Leads in training new hires and following up on on-site anomalies;

What You’ll bring

• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Experience using RF Scanner
• Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
