Role Overview

  • We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Oracle EPM Quota & Sales Planning Lead to drive
  • an end-to-end Enterprise Quota Planning implementation. In this role, you will lead technical
  • architecture, business rule engineering, and complex multi-system integrations across our
  • enterprise sales tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • ● End-to-End Implementation: Lead technical design, configuration, testing, and
  • deployment of Oracle Sales Planning (Quota Planning module) tailored for a large-scale
  • enterprise structure.
  • ● Complex Enterprise Integrations: Architect, build, and optimize bidirectional data

pipelines between Oracle EPM Cloud and key enterprise systems

  • ○ Salesforce: Quota targets, account structures, and territory hierarchies.
  • ○ Workday: HR headcount, quota allocation baselines, and resource mapping.
  • ○ Snowflake: Centralized data lake staging, historical revenue, and analytics
  • feeds.
  • ○ Xactly: Output feed of final targets for Incentive Compensation Management
  • (ICM).
  • ● Advanced Calculation Logic: Design and optimize top-down/bottom-up allocation
  • rules, seasonality models, and waterfall distributions using Groovy Scripts and
  • Essbase calculation scripts.
  • ● Best Practices & Benchmarking: Establish industry best practices for target setting,
  • quota padding, overlay management, and Essbase database performance tuning.
  • ● Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global Sales Ops, RevOps, Enterprise
  • Architecture, and FP&A leaders to align technical delivery with enterprise sales strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • ● Experience: 6–10 years of core technical experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS /
  • Sales Planning / Financials), with at least 2 full-lifecycle end-to-end implementations for
  • large enterprises.
  • ● System Integrations: Deep experience using EPM Automate, REST APIs, Data
  • Integration / Data Management, and Python/Groovy to integrate with Snowflake,
  • Workday, Salesforce, and Xactly.
  • ● Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in Groovy Scripting, MaxL, Smart View, valid
  • intersections, and security matrix design for large sales organizations.
  • ● Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of quota methodologies (flat-rate,
  • seasonality, account-level, rep-level) and incentive comp workflows.
  • ● Location: Based in or willing to work out of Bengaluru, India with flexibility to
  • collaborate across global time zones.

Preferred Certifications

● Oracle Cloud EPM Planning Certified Implementation Professional.
