About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented Operations Project Leader  to support the continuous improvement and operational effectiveness of our Audit Operations team. The audit department has been growing at double digits for the past few years.

Your support will be mainly divided into 3 parts

  • Operations Improvement & Project Management – 60%
  • Assess the current Standard Operating Procedures in place and establish a diagnostic to improve productivity, quality, consistency, and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain a list of priority projects to be handled along with Audit team management
  • Autonomously identify operational pain points, process gaps, and recurring issues, and turn them into structured improvement projects. 
  • Act as a bridge between Operations and other departments  such as Quality, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and Training to drive effective solutions. 
  • Coordinate stakeholders, track implementation  progress, and help deploy best practices across Operations teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Process Control  – 30%
  • Implement and maintain reporting tools and KPIs  to monitor operational performance and support decision-making.
  • Analyze data and recurring issues  to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
  • Track project outcomes and summarize results  in a clear and actionable way for management.
  • Field Exposure & Operational Support  – 10%
  • Provide on-site support for selected audits : becoming trained and performing selected audits in factories. 
  • Participate in selected client or operational meetings  to gather feedback and support issue resolution when relevant.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in operations, project management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, willing to travel occasionally and with an interest in fieldwork.
  • Fluent in English, a second language is a strong plus.
