About The Role
Key Responsibilities

- With business reputation and careers on the line, this position carries a great deal of responsibility.
You will be expected to
- Monitor and interpret relevant compliance regulations across the TIC sector where QIMA operates, flagging changes that affect the business.
- Support the design, rollout, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate compliance monitoring, reviews and audits with regional and global teams.
- Support anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) programs.
- Help administer the Code of Conduct, whistleblower channel, and related training programs.
- Act as a liaison between the Compliance team and QIMA stakeholders from different departments.
- Track and report on compliance metrics, incidents, and remediation plans to the Compliance Director, and support case owners' investigations and corrective actions.
Requirements
- 3-6 years' experience in compliance, legal, risk, audit, or a related function.
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance or at least one major compliance domain.
- Proven working proficiency in English and Mandarin – able to communicate with global and local stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; expertise in law or audit is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and compliance-driven, with a strong sense of professional integrity.
- Proactively explore and adopt AI tools to improve the efficiency of our compliance management execution in the field.
