Senior Trade Marketing Executive (1 year contract)

Trade Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives across 10+ SEA & Oceania retailers .
• Develop retailer-specific trade marketing plans aligned with each retailer's business objectives, shopper profile, budget, and commercial priorities.
• Prepare customized marketing presentations and activation proposals
• Research and propose retailtainment concepts tailored to each market's consumer trends and shopping behavior.
• Coordinate with Regional Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, VM, Retail Excellence, and retailers to ensure timely execution of marketing activations.
• Manage GWP planning, including fast, order, shipment tracking, and allocation.
• Track trade marketing project timelines, budgets, and post-activation performance.

E-commerce

• Lead day-to-day e-commerce coordination 
• Review retailer e-commerce platforms and recommend improvements to product visibility, customer journey, content, and campaign execution.
• Coordinate e-commerce assets 
• Manage online GWP schemes and promotional mechanics 
• Monitor e-commerce business performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

Product Marketing

• Monitor product launch performance 
• Consolidate launch results, customer feedback, and market insights.
• Prepare post-launch analysis and recommendations 

Project Management & Reporting

• Support the execution of 10+ trade marketing projects annually  across SEA & Oceania.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and project management, ideally within the beauty or luxury sector
• Strong market awareness, with an inquisitive and curious mindset regarding industry trends
• Creative, innovative, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
