Técnico de Apoio Logístico a Laboratório

Responsabilidades

• Receção, registo e triagem de amostras, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos de rastreabilidade
• Gestão e organização do fluxo logístico de amostras entre pontos de recolha e laboratórios
• Coordenação e acompanhamento de recolhas e entregas, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos e condições de transporte
• Controlo de stocks de materiais de amostragem e consumíveis associados ao processo logístico
• Comunicação com clientes e equipas internas para esclarecimento de dúvidas, gestão de pedidos e acompanhamento de ocorrências
• Registo e atualização de informação em sistema informático (LIMS /ERP)

Perfil

• 12.º Ano de escolaridade ou Curso Técnico Profissional / CTeSP nas áreas de logística, ciências naturais ou técnicas laboratoriais
• Experiência em funções de logística, apoio a laboratório ou gestão de

amostras

• Conhecimentos de Inglês — nível de utilizador independente
• Boas capacidades de organização, planeamento e gestão de prioridades
