Technical Chief of Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

A fast-moving, seed-stage AI productivity software company is hiring a Technical Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the founding team. This is a high-impact, in-person role based in Stockholm — ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants formative exposure to the inner workings of an early-stage startup. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner directly with the founders across product, go-to-market, and operations to accelerate execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, aligning priorities and keeping critical projects on track.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete, time-bound plans and hold stakeholders accountable to delivery.
• Provide technical context and project-level insights to support founder decision-making.
• Drive high-impact initiatives end-to-end, identifying and focusing on what moves the company forward most.
• Adapt rapidly as priorities shift in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• Strong technical background with solid CS fundamentals — formal computer science training or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into concrete plans and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working closely with founders and across teams.
• High stress tolerance and a strong work ethic; at ease with the demands of early-stage startup life.
• Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate — this is a fully on-site role.

Nice to Have

• Interest or experience in branding, design, or social media channels.
• Prior startup experience as an operator, engineer, or cross-functional contributor.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 USD per year
• Equity: QESO options (0.15% – 0.50%)

This is a fully on-site role in Stockholm, Sweden. Candidates must be available to work in-person on a regular basis.
