Founding Frontend Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

A fast-moving, early-stage AI recruitment tech company is hiring its first full-time Founding Frontend Engineer. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the product from the ground up at a startup connecting top talent with high-growth companies backed by leading venture capital firms. You'll work closely with the founding team to build and evolve a consumer-facing product used by thousands of job seekers and hundreds of growing startups.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and drive the frontend architecture and user experience end-to-end.
• Translate product and design concepts from Figma into polished, performant interfaces.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product direction and priorities.
• Leverage AI coding tools to move fast and maintain high quality.
• Help establish frontend best practices, conventions, and processes as the team scales.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• 2+ years of frontend engineering experience at a B2C company.
• Proficiency with Figma — comfortable working directly from design files.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, or similar).
• Strong product instincts and an eye for detail in user-facing experiences.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a small, high-ownership environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience as an early or founding engineer at a startup.
• Background in consumer internet, marketplace, or SaaS products.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 per year
• Early equity opportunity as a founding team member
