Seasonal Youth Staff (Russian Speaking) - Conrad Maldives Rangali Island

As a Youth Staff, you’re not just fulfilling the daily health club operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

In this role, you will assist in daily activities for younger guest (3-12yo), to suggest and give ideas to create a memorable holiday for the younger, check that daily task list are completed and follow up on any shortfall.

Actively promote daily activity and special events, report to duty punctually and consistently, responsible to all the task given and being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and requests.
