Sales Support Specialist

This is your chance to be part of a Sales Support Team that team that helps achieve success for Hilton for Business and key promotional partnerships, including American Express. You will be reporting to a Manager, on the Sales Support Team.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll work closely with Hilton Sales teams, clients, and hotels to provide program support, answer questions, audit rates, manage reporting, and ensure processes run smoothly. Your work will directly help our sellers spend more time building relationships and growing business while you help improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.

This is more than an administrative role—it's an opportunity to collaborate with teams across Hilton, contribute to process improvements, support special projects, and help shape better ways of working. You'll help identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce duplicate efforts, and enhance the tools and services that support our customers and sales teams.
