Senior Discipline Engineer

Automotive EMC design, validation, and project management for power electronic products like Inverter and Converter.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years or more in automotive EMC design
• Design: EMC risk assessment and design to meet the EMC requirement of the product
• Review: Circuit schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical designs in terms of EMC
• Simulation: Perform circuit and 3D simulations for EMC risk mitigation
• Testing: Develop test plans and execute Pre-Compliance/Pre-DV testing
• Integration: Grounding, shielding, and other packaging integration techniques
• Management: Own project milestones, stakeholder communications, and documentation
• Additional/Plus : Direct experience with Power Electronics EMC
