About The Role

Milestone Technologies is seeking a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition leader to own Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across the APAC region. This role is ideal for a people-centric, strategic leader who pairs operational excellence and advanced recruiting analytics with a thoughtful, responsible approach to AI. As Associate Director, Talent Acquisition – APAC, you will have regional ownership for all hiring strategy, delivery, and recruiter leadership across the Asia‑Pacific region, partnering closely with global TA leadership, regional business leaders and People Experience (PX) leaders. You are responsible for leading hiring initiatives across all talent categories including employee, contractor, and vendor engagements. You bring a curious, innovative, problem‑solving mindset and a passion for modernizing recruiting practices through data and technology. As an inspirational people leader, you have demonstrated experience developing high‑performing teams while serving as a trusted, influential partner to senior stakeholders through clear communication and disciplined execution. You will lead and develop a team of full‑cycle recruiters, drive adoption of AI powered platforms such as LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, market‑specific recruiting tools such as Naukri, and utilize LLMs to ensure consistent, high‑quality hiring outcomes across the region. Your focus is on using technology as an enabler to enhance human judgement, elevate candidate experiences, and deliver better hiring outcomes at scale. This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Strategy and serves as the primary Talent Acquisition leader for APAC. Key Responsibilities Regional Talent Leadership (APAC) Own and lead end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition strategy for the APAC region, aligned to business growth, workforce planning, and digital transformation goals Act as the primary TA advisor to APAC business leaders, PX partners, and global stakeholders Balance global standards with regional market nuance, cultural considerations, and local hiring dynamics Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing APAC recruiting team Build recruiter capability in AI‑assisted recruiting practices, analytics, and consultative hiring support Drive adoption of new technologies through strong change management and continuous learning Enabled Sourcing & Market Intelligence Leverage AI Sourcing tools, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, and regional platforms such as Naukri to build strong, diverse, and scalable talent pipelines Apply LLMs and generative AI to enhance sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, screening insights, and competitive intelligence Continuously analyze regional labor markets, skill availability, and hiring trends using AI‑supported tools Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve recruiter productivity through intelligent automation Data, Metrics & Insights Define and manage recruiting KPIs for the region (including but not limited to time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, funnel conversion, candidate experience, offer acceptance) Use data to surface insights, identify risks, and guide data‑driven decision‑making Present clear, actionable insights to regional and global leadership Candidate & Stakeholder Experience Ensure delivery of a consistent, inclusive, and high‑quality candidate experience across the APAC region Build strong partnerships with business leaders, HR, and global TA counterparts Champion Milestone’s people‑first culture while scaling hiring through technology Contractor and Vendor Strategy Own contractor and vendor hiring strategy across the region, ensuring alignment with workforce plans, compliance requirements, and cost controls Manage and optimize relationships with external staffing vendors and MSP partners, driving performance, accountability, and consistent hiring outcomes Desired Experience & Qualifications 12+ years of experience recruiting technical and operational talent across multiple APAC countries 6+ years of people management experience leading recruiting teams 6+ years of agency recruiting experience (required) 3+ years vendor management experience Proven experience scaling recruiting operations in regional or global environments Demonstrated success implementing or leveraging AI‑enabled recruiting tools and sourcing platforms Strong expertise in recruiting metrics, analytics, and operating with data‑driven discipline Proficiency with ATS and HCM platforms; Taleo, Bullhorn, or Workday strongly preferred Proficiency with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Naukri, and LLM tools High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook)
