CCJ/JMS Equipment Manager
Job Description
CCJ/JMS are looking for an equipment manager for our audio/visual equipment. Duties include
- Inspecting equipment bags for all important items prior to check out.
- Inspecting the bags when returned to ensure all items have been brought back in good order.
- Keeping written check in and check out records of equipment.
- Following up with students with late equipment via email.
- Keeping the equipment room in good order by ensuring all equipment is returned to its proper and organized place.
- Staying in contact with the CCJ director via email on late equipment returns.
A successful candidate will be organized, methodical and reliable. Preference will be given to juniors and seniors who can work two evening shifts and one day shift. Due to the nature of equipment return, this position is not open to Journalism and Media Studies students. We would prefer this position to be filled by a student in the Engineering program.
Work-study is a must. Pay: $10 per hour
