MD - Pottstown Memorial Medical Center - Per Diem

Per diem Anesthesiologist opportunity with a dynamic team at Pottstown Hospital in a beautiful dairy and farming region. The 232-bed Pottstown Hospital, located in Pottstown, PA, is a voluntary nonprofit hospital that is part of Tower Health. This short-term acute care facility has a number of treatment specialties, including sports medicine; joint replacement; arthroscopic surgery; osteoporosis, arthritis; bodily injuries, trauma, and fractures; and behavioral health.

Total Rewards

Hourly Rate: $325/hr. Calls for a per diem $2k for weekday (M-F), $2500 for weekend 24 hr. Sat & Sun.

Case Assignments & Schedule

• Schedule: A variety of shifts are available.
• Ortho, urology, vascular, and more

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
