We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeman to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong warehouse experience, leadership capability, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation and inventory records.
  • Operate forklifts and electronic pallet jacks.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
  • Update inventory transactions and stock movements in SAP.
  • Arrange transport and coordinate deliveries.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Support production by ensuring material availability.
  • Lead and mentor warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Assist with staff training, workflow coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a warehouse or storeperson role.
  • Current Forklift Licence with high-reach experience.
  • Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
  • Strong inventory control and stock management experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
