## Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Sales Manager (Energy & Offshore)** to drive business expansion in the Oil & Gas and offshore markets across local and regional areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing new prospects, managing client relationships, and delivering integrated marine products and systems to meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

Source new prospects and recommend suitable marine products/integrated systems and services for seaworthiness.
Manage and analyze sales leads to create and forecast business plans for potential customers.
Implement and execute business plans aligned with corporate goals to achieve sales performance targets.
Work closely with the internal proposal team to prepare high-quality proposals tailored to customer requirements.
Liaise with technical teams to ensure efficiency in sales and delivery of systems and services.
Respond to customer enquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

## Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
4–8 years of relevant working experience with a proven sales track record.
Strong knowledge of the marine industry, particularly in the Energy sector.
Background as Ex-Sailors, Ex-Radio Officers, or Ex-Navy personnel will be an advantage.
Established network and customer contacts with local and regional shipyards and ship owners.
Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
Clear career progression pathway available.
