Life as a Sprinter -
Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.
We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in.
Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction.
We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.
And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.
The mission -
We're hiring a Partnership Manager to build and scale Sprinto's partner ecosystem. This role is about creating long-term revenue through strategic partnerships, not just managing existing relationships.
You'll identify, recruit, and enable consulting firms, channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and managed service providers who can take Sprinto to new customers and markets. From building the partner pipeline to driving joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling opportunities, you'll own the partner journey end to end.
We're looking for someone who understands that successful partnerships are built on mutual growth. Someone who can influence senior stakeholders, create repeatable partner programs, and turn relationships into predictable pipeline and revenue.
Where you'll leave your mark?
Build and scale Sprinto's partner ecosystem by recruiting consulting firms, MSPs, MSSPs, system integrators, resellers, and channel partners
Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to onboarding, enablement, and long-term success
Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-selling, co-marketing, and partner-led growth initiatives
Develop partner enablement assets, business plans, sales collateral, and value proposition decks to help partners sell Sprinto effectively
Partner closely with Sales teams on strategic opportunities and participate in customer conversations alongside partners
Track partner health through pipeline generation, deal registrations, win rates, deal velocity, and overall revenue contribution
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on business goals, performance, and growth opportunities
Own partner operations, including CRM and PRM hygiene, partner tiering, deal registration processes, and reporting
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to launch partner programs and campaigns that accelerate growth
The kind of builder we're looking for -
5–8 years of overall experience, including 3+ years in SaaS partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or ecosystem roles
Experience building and scaling partner programs across multiple markets.
Strong understanding of partner-led GTM motions, channel sales, and indirect revenue models
Proven ability to recruit, enable, and grow strategic partners that contribute measurable pipeline and revenue
Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting or participating in enterprise sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across executive and operational stakeholders
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who
- Enjoys building partnerships from scratch instead of simply managing existing accounts
- Thinks beyond partner recruitment and focuses on long-term partner success and revenue generation
- Can balance strategic relationship-building with operational excellence
- Loves collaborating across teams to create scalable GTM programs
- Is energized by building new markets and expanding partner ecosystems
- Measures success by partner-generated pipeline, revenue, and long-term business impact
