Audio Visual IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a Level 2 AV / IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support across three buildings in New York. This role has a strong AV and events-driven component, supporting conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and live meeting environments, while also providing end-user IT support.

This position is well-suited for someone comfortable in fast-paced, high-visibility environments where meetings and events are a key part of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 onsite support for AV and IT systems
• Support and troubleshoot conference rooms and event spaces (video, audio, displays, cameras)
• Provide real-time support for meetings, executive sessions, and events
• Perform proactive room checks and readiness support ahead of scheduled meetings
• Deliver hands-on end-user IT support (laptops, desktops, peripherals, connectivity)
• Float between three local buildings based on business needs
• Escalate complex issues and document resolutions

Experience Required

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in AV, IT, or a hybrid AV/IT support role
• Experience supporting conferencing and collaboration technologies
• Comfortable supporting live meetings and event-driven environments
• Solid understanding of end-user computing environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Mobile phone and device support experience
• Familiarity with platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or similar

Compensation starting at $75,000/year
