In this role, you will work with the Senior Creative Manager, the Creative Director, and Project Manager to build assets based on requests from other internal and extra-departmental stakeholders. You will work in structured project workflows to fulfill requests to build corporate, retail, and product brand deliverables for print and digital production.
Responsibilities
- Monitor a queue of creative requests within our project management system, prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines established by the Art Director and Project Managers.
- Create brand design assets under the direction of leadership to support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and refreshed approaches for daily discount assets.
- Design marketing communication content for emails, online shop, and more.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Creative Team and Senior Creative Manager, while partnering cross-functionally with key marketing stakeholders.
- Review occasional requests for retail locations, print assets, or niche requests for assets based on existing brand elements.
- Partner with the Sr. Creative Manager to maintain and optimize our library of evergreen discount & promotional assets.
- Ensure all files adhere to brand style guides and meet production specifications.

Qualifications
- 3-4 years of seasoned creative experience working in-house or at an agency.
- A solid portfolio showcasing a range of work.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to organize information, showcase problems, and present solutions in a digestible format.
- Solution-oriented and collaborative mindset to navigate nuanced, complex challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in both collaborative and self-directed capabilities, adapting to projects where direction, clarity, and levels of autonomy may differ.
- Industry-standard experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong knowledge of best practices for print, digital, and CPG applications
- You know design principles like the back of your hand and understand how to look at a design and self-edit with confidence.
- Experience working with printers and vendors for producing merchandise, CPG, signage, etc.
- Background check required.
