This is a remote opportunity for a mid-level Salesforce developer focused on building and evolving solutions within Salesforce Service <Cloud.You>’ll work across customization, automation, integrations, and continuous improvement of business-critical platform capabilities.The role combines hands-on development with requirements analysis, technical solution design, deployment, and ongoing <support.You>’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions.Your work will involve Apex, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and modern development and version-control practices.The environment is agile, technology-driven, and focused on innovation, with opportunities to leverage AI tools in your development workflow.This is a strong opportunity to deepen your Salesforce expertise while contributing to impactful digital and customer experience initiatives.

Accountabilities

• Develop, customize, and implement solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud according to business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain automation flows, business processes, Apex solutions, and Lightning components.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Visualforce, Aura, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
• Configure and manage Salesforce objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and related platform features.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that provide a strong user experience.
• Participate throughout the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation, deployment, and support.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing Salesforce functionality.
• Apply development best practices to ensure maintainable, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Use version-control and collaborative development practices throughout the delivery process.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, development standards, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and solution delivery.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Salesforce Developer at a level aligned with a mid-level position.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, including Aura and/or LWC.
• Practical experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation, customization, and platform development practices.
• Experience with code versioning and collaboration tools such as Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience working within agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical, well-structured technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to code quality and maintainability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and stay current with the Salesforce ecosystem.
