PL Desenvolvimento Full Stack Mobile (Flutter/Java)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PL Desenvolvimento Full Stack Mobile (Flutter/Java) based in Brazil.

This is a mid-level full-stack development role with a strong focus on mobile applications and <Flutter.You> will build, evolve, and maintain digital products while also contributing to the backend services that power the mobile experience.The position combines hands-on Flutter/Dart development with Java and Spring Boot API <development.You> will work closely with Product, Design/UX, and QA teams in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.The role offers meaningful autonomy, encouraging you to solve technical challenges and proactively propose <improvements.You> will contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, API integration, and reliable application <performance.It> is an opportunity to grow across the mobile and backend stack while working on high-quality digital products.

Accountabilities

• Develop, evolve, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, with a primary focus on delivering reliable and performant user experiences.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot to power mobile applications and business processes.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and performant integration between mobile applications and backend infrastructure.
• Participate in software architecture decisions and apply engineering best practices across both mobile and backend development.
• Investigate and resolve technical challenges independently, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design/UX, QA, and other multidisciplinary teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to API contracts and documentation using schema-driven development practices, OpenAPI, and Swagger.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain effective version-control practices using Git.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart, including state management, REST API consumption, and responsive layouts.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for developing RESTful APIs and implementing business logic.
• Knowledge of Schema-Driven Development (SDD) and API contracts/documentation using OpenAPI or Swagger.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of Git, including collaborative workflows such as Gitflow, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical challenges, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaborative mindset and experience working with multidisciplinary Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Previous experience building and publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience implementing automated unit and integration tests in Flutter or Spring Boot.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD processes for mobile or backend deployments.
