Accountabilities

  • Draft legal documents and procedural filings of low, medium, and high complexity related to civil and consumer law matters.
  • Manage procedural deadlines, monitor case progress, and coordinate hearing schedules to ensure timely legal actions.
  • Maintain and update legal management systems with accurate case information and documentation.
  • Prepare legal reports and perform case analyses to support risk classification, provisioning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in mediation processes and alternative dispute resolution initiatives when applicable.
  • Represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case management and consistent legal support across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law with an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration.
  • Proven experience in Civil Procedure and Consumer Law.
  • Experience using legal case management systems and maintaining accurate procedural records.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare technical legal opinions and assess litigation risks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with legal technology tools.
