This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SR Líder de Projetos based in Brazil.

This is a senior project leadership opportunity supporting strategic initiatives within the financial services and insurance space.The role begins with a discovery project for a financial-sector client, with the potential to continue across different projects and clients over <time.You> will take ownership of initiatives from initial planning through final delivery, operating with a high degree of <autonomy.You> will serve as a key bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders, including senior leadership.The position combines project management, stakeholder engagement, discovery, workshops, risk management, and strategic <problem-solving.You> will work in varied environments where requirements may initially be ambiguous and where adaptability and structured thinking are essential.This is a remote role designed for an experienced project leader who enjoys navigating different clients, challenges, and transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Lead projects end-to-end, from initial planning and structuring through final delivery and client handover.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, and ways of working to ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and client stakeholders, including senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Facilitate client meetings, interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops to gather information, identify needs, and support strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with professionals allocated to each project, helping align priorities, responsibilities, and expected deliverables.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, challenges, and areas requiring attention, proactively proposing appropriate solutions and next steps.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and clients regarding project progress, results, risks, and decisions.
  • Consolidate project learnings, insights, and recommendations at the conclusion of each engagement to support future client decisions.
  • Transition effectively between different projects, clients, and initiatives according to business and vertical demands.
  • Contribute with structured thinking and practical leadership in complex or initially undefined environments.

Requirements

  • Solid professional experience leading projects, preferably within consulting, technology services, or digital transformation environments.
  • Practical knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, and Kanban; formal certification is not required.
  • Strong autonomy and ability to independently lead projects, make decisions, and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence interacting with senior leadership.
  • Strong ability to structure processes, define approaches, and create clarity in environments with limited initial definition.
  • Adaptability and ease working across different projects, clients, industries, and organizational contexts.
  • Experience in the financial services and/or insurance sectors is highly valued.
  • Previous experience with discovery projects, including diagnosis, pain-point mapping, workshop facilitation, and scope definition.
  • Experience leading technology, innovation, or digital transformation initiatives, particularly in consulting or professional services environments.
  • Strong organization, facilitation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
