This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a BI Dashboards / Performance Reporting Evaluator based in India.

This is a contract opportunity for an experienced BI and performance reporting professional to help improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated business intelligence <content.You> will evaluate AI-generated dashboards, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other analytical work products against defined quality standards.The role combines strong business intelligence expertise with critical analysis, visual quality assessment, and emerging AI <technologies.You> will identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues and provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated outputs.Your expertise will help ensure that AI-produced reporting materials are accurate, insightful, professionally presented, and aligned with business expectations.The position offers a fully remote and asynchronous working environment, with significant autonomy and flexibility.This role is ideal for a BI professional who enjoys applying analytical expertise to innovative AI evaluation and model improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities

• Evaluate AI-generated BI dashboards, performance reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other analytical artifacts against established quality rubrics.
• Assess the accuracy, relevance, clarity, and overall quality of AI-generated business intelligence and reporting outputs.
• Identify factual, analytical, visual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation issues within generated work products.
• Review dashboards and reports for logical consistency, appropriate presentation of metrics, and effective communication of business insights.
• Apply professional BI and performance-reporting expertise to determine whether AI-generated materials meet expected business and analytical standards.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to help improve the quality and usefulness of AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain strong domain quality, analytical rigor, and consistency across evaluation work.
• Apply evaluation criteria thoughtfully and consistently while using professional judgment to identify subtle quality issues.
• Work independently and asynchronously to complete assignments accurately and within established deadlines.
• Contribute specialized BI and reporting knowledge to help improve AI model performance and the quality of future outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, BI dashboards, performance reporting, data visualization, management reporting, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of business reporting principles, dashboard design, performance metrics, data presentation, and analytical communication.
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate reports and dashboards for accuracy, clarity, relevance, consistency, and visual effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify factual, numerical, logical, visual, and presentation-related issues in complex business materials.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to provide concise, structured, and constructive feedback.
• Native or professional-level fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in an asynchronous remote environment.
• Comfortable working with emerging AI technologies and adapting to evolving evaluation standards and workflows.
• Strong professional judgment and the ability to apply domain expertise consistently when reviewing AI-generated content.
• A Master’s degree or higher from a reputable institution is preferred.
