This contract opportunity is designed for an experienced healthcare operations professional who can bring deep domain expertise to the evaluation of AI-generated <work.You> will assess documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other outputs against healthcare operations quality standards.Your expertise will help identify factual inaccuracies, presentation issues, and gaps in operational quality or <relevance.You> will provide structured, actionable feedback that can directly improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs.The role offers the flexibility of fully remote and asynchronous work, allowing you to manage assignments <independently.You> will contribute to the development of AI systems by applying real-world healthcare operations knowledge and professional judgment.This is an impactful opportunity to combine your healthcare expertise with emerging AI technologies while working on clearly defined evaluation projects.

Accountabilities

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other work products against established healthcare operations quality rubrics.
• Review outputs for factual accuracy, operational relevance, clarity, consistency, and overall quality.
• Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and presentation issues that could reduce the usefulness or reliability of AI-generated materials.
• Apply professional healthcare operations expertise to determine whether generated content meets appropriate domain standards.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to help improve AI-generated outputs.
• Assess both the substantive quality and presentation of work products, including materials created in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Complete evaluation assignments independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver consistent assessments in an asynchronous remote environment.
• Apply sound professional judgment when evaluating ambiguous or domain-specific healthcare operations scenarios.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of AI model performance through high-quality expert evaluation and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare operations, with a strong understanding of operational processes and standards.
• Native or professional fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and presentation-based work.
• Ability to evaluate professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for both substantive accuracy and effective communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide precise, well-structured written feedback.
• Ability to work independently, manage assignments, and consistently meet deadlines in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Sound professional judgment and the ability to apply healthcare operations expertise to AI-generated content.
• Comfort working with emerging AI technologies and contributing expert feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• An advanced degree, such as a Master’s degree or higher, from a reputable institution is preferred.
