This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Enterprise), Max based in United States.

This is a high-impact enterprise customer success role focused on building strategic partnerships with complex, high-value <accounts.You> will manage a portfolio of approximately 35 enterprise customers and become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.The role combines relationship management, product adoption, data analysis, project management, and commercial <growth.You> will uncover customer needs, recommend solutions, and help organizations maximize the value of their technology investments.Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner across teams to solve complex challenges and improve the customer <experience.You> will also contribute to expansion opportunities through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling <strategies.As> a mentor and strategic contributor, you will help strengthen customer success practices across the broader organization.

Accountabilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 35 high-touch enterprise customer accounts, developing strong relationships and ensuring ongoing customer success.
  • Regularly engage with customers to understand product usage, business priorities, challenges, and opportunities for greater value realization.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships while delivering a premium, consultative customer experience with confidence and professionalism.
  • Coach customers on product best practices and identify features, services, and solutions that can better support their business objectives.
  • Resolve complex customer challenges by developing creative, strategic solutions and coordinating with internal teams when necessary.
  • Analyze customer engagement data and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
  • Identify and organize accounts around appropriate upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Partner with internal teams to continuously improve customer-facing processes, products, and overall experience.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Mentor new team members and serve as a resource for colleagues outside the enterprise customer success function.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of combined account management, project management, customer success, or another customer-facing professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects or customer relationships simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including an interest in interpreting customer data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the executive presence needed to engage confidently with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex products, learn new concepts, and translate customer challenges into practical solutions.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate others and build productive relationships across teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the adaptability, judgment, and creativity needed to handle evolving priorities and complex situations.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide up to approximately 15% of the time.
