Accountabilities

  • Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide clear, professional guidance regarding available services.
  • Support the generation of new business opportunities related to family holding structures and succession planning.
  • Discuss service conditions with clients, answer questions, and help prospects understand the value and scope of the solutions offered.
  • Provide attentive, empathetic, and consultative customer service throughout the interaction and commercial journey.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients through active listening and clear communication.
  • Support commercial conversations and negotiations, helping move qualified opportunities forward.
  • Identify client needs and communicate relevant information to internal teams when additional support or expertise is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Basic knowledge of Corporate Law / Direito Societário.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and empathy, with the ability to understand and respond appropriately to client needs.
  • Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong commitment, resilience, and ability to remain effective in challenging or high-pressure situations.
  • Intermediate proactivity and willingness to take initiative.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work toward defined goals.
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop knowledge in family holding structures, succession planning, and related legal services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust with clients.
  • Confidence and adaptability when handling commercial conversations.
