About The Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Director, Revenue Lifecycle Management based in the United States.

This is a senior commercial and delivery leadership role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of subscription-economy <clients.You> will own account health, revenue growth, margins, client satisfaction, and strategic delivery outcomes across complex enterprise engagements.The role combines trusted executive-level advisory work with hands-on engagement leadership and billable delivery <responsibilities.You> will shape expansion opportunities, develop proposals and statements of work, and partner closely with sales and delivery teams to create scalable client solutions.Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and recurring-revenue business models will help you translate complex challenges into measurable business <outcomes.You> will also contribute to practice development by capturing client insights, strengthening delivery playbooks, and supporting thought leadership initiatives.This is an opportunity to influence both client success and the evolution of a growing consulting practice in a fast-moving, global environment.

Accountabilities

  • Own and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts, with accountability for revenue, margin, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship health.
  • Identify and develop organic expansion opportunities across existing subscription-economy clients, translating business needs into new consulting engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by understanding their revenue models, technology ecosystems, strategic priorities, and operational challenges.
  • Lead the development of proposals and statements of work, partnering with sales teams on scope reviews, capability presentations, and client pitches.
  • Serve as a senior billable resource on strategic Salesforce Revenue Cloud engagements while maintaining delivery quality, client satisfaction, and billable utilization targets.
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, client KPI management, and portfolio reviews, maintaining visibility into delivery risks, margins, capacity, and overall account performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, delivery, staffing, and practice leadership to align resources with client commitments and business objectives.
  • Apply strong project governance, risk management, change management, and delivery practices across complex enterprise engagements.
  • Capture feedback, lessons learned, and successful approaches from client engagements to improve repeatable playbooks, accelerators, and service offerings.
  • Represent the organization externally through thought leadership, industry events, customer success activities, and other market-facing initiatives.
  • Contribute as a member of the leadership team, demonstrating strong ownership, commercial judgment, collaboration, and commitment to organizational values.
  • Mentor and support project and professional services team members, helping strengthen delivery capabilities and developing future leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client services, consulting, professional services, or a related environment, including direct account ownership and delivery responsibility.
  • Proven success growing strategic client accounts while managing revenue, margin, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise Salesforce engagements, including consultative solution scoping, proposal development, and statement of work creation.
  • Deep knowledge of the subscription economy, recurring-revenue models, Revenue Operations, and related business processes.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including Revenue Cloud Advanced and CPQ; familiarity with broader Salesforce capabilities is highly valuable.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies, risk mitigation, and change management.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in environments with margin accountability, delivery efficiency metrics, and strong commercial discipline.
  • Ability to balance strategic account leadership with hands-on engagement management and billable delivery responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience managing, mentoring, or developing professional services or project teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that create value for both clients and the business.
  • Comfortable working independently in a global, distributed environment and traveling approximately 10–25% for client-facing activities.
