Accountabilities
- Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and other online communication platforms to understand their needs and provide professional support.
- Educate individuals and families about available supplemental benefit and financial protection programs.
- Explain coverage options clearly and help clients make informed decisions based on their circumstances and needs.
- Guide clients through applications, enrollment documentation, and related processes.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professionalism, empathy, integrity, and consistent communication.
- Provide ongoing client support and timely follow-up throughout the customer relationship.
- Maintain accurate client records, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally while handling client questions and concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
- Continuously strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, organization, and client-service capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with remote teammates while maintaining ownership of individual responsibilities and client outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, financial services, or sales is helpful but not required.
- Genuine interest in helping individuals and families understand their options and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and explain information clearly.
- Professional, honest, and integrity-driven approach to client interactions.
- Strong self-motivation, accountability, organization, and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products, processes, and professional skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail when managing client information and documentation.
- Access to a computer or laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Webcam and microphone capabilities for virtual client meetings, training, and communication.
