This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Associate - Salesforce Revenue Operations based in India.

This is a hands-on Salesforce Revenue Operations role focused on keeping a business-critical Salesforce environment accurate, reliable, and <efficient.You> will support daily administration, user management, data quality, reporting, and troubleshooting while contributing to broader operational initiatives.The role combines technical Salesforce work with close collaboration across operations, sales, and business <teams.You> will play an important role in quality control, opportunity management, pipeline monitoring, and platform <adoption.As> you grow into the position, you will have opportunities to contribute to UAT, training, enablement, and cross-functional projects.Success requires exceptional attention to detail, fast and reliable execution, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.This is a full-time opportunity with working hours aligned to 4:00 PM–1:00 AM IST, ideal for someone comfortable working evening and night shifts.

Accountabilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce environment, including user setup and deactivation, profiles, roles, permission sets, and public groups.
  • Monitor and improve data quality through duplicate reviews, validation, cleanup procedures, mass uploads, and data migrations.
  • Provide responsive end-user support, troubleshoot Salesforce issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation covering Salesforce processes, configurations, and administrative procedures.
  • Participate in the Quality Control approval process by reviewing and closing opportunities and verifying accuracy in OpenAir.
  • Support changes to closed-won opportunities and escalate potential issues or concerns to the appropriate manager.
  • Monitor outstanding approval requests and follow up with relevant Practice and Segment Leads to keep processes moving.
  • Monitor the Pipeline Inbox throughout the day, ensure incoming requests are properly tagged, and escalate concerns promptly.
  • Respond to questions regarding project codes, opportunity stages, and other Salesforce-related information.
  • Manage Salesforce user provisioning, including validating new-user requests, adding users, and deactivating departing employees.
  • Update relevant account and access records when employees leave the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve user-related Salesforce errors and issues.
  • Assist with onboarding and Salesforce training for new users and facilitate sessions covering platform functionality, new features, and best practices.
  • Support Salesforce adoption by helping users understand processes and use the platform effectively.
  • Maintain and update the internal Revenue Operations knowledge and intranet resources.
  • Fulfill Salesforce reporting requests and create, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards based on business needs.
  • Contribute to cross-functional Salesforce and Revenue Operations initiatives, including UAT and other high-impact projects.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of practical Salesforce experience, with solid working knowledge of Salesforce administration and the ability to navigate and manage the platform confidently.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce reports and dashboards, user management, data quality, and standard configuration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in data, documentation, and operational processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain Salesforce concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently while managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and reliable approach to managing recurring operational tasks and responding to time-sensitive requests.
  • Experience creating training materials and delivering Salesforce user training is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus but is not mandatory.
  • Experience partnering with Operations, Sales, Revenue Operations, or related business teams on cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
  • Collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and respond to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working 4:00 PM–1:00 AM IST and supporting teams operating across different time zones.
